Al-Shabaab spokesman Ali Mohamud Rage (Ali Dhere) spoke about the change in the government of Prime Minister Hassan Ali Khaire, who lost the confidence of the BFS House of Representatives earlier last week.
He said President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo and Hassan Ali Khaire used to say they were loyal to serving their country and working for its development, but their separation dispelled what they were saying.
Al-Shabaab spokesman Ali Dheere indicated that divisions between President Farmajo and former Prime Minister Hassan Ali Khaire had dashed their ambitions.
“They are the ones who are destroying what they have been building for many years. The countries that have been supporting them financially and militarily are being reprimanded, and they are also regretting their assets and support,” he said.
Al-Shabaab spokesman Hassan Ali Khaire has called for an immediate end to the violence in the capital, Mogadishu.
The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo, is in the process of appointing a new Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia.
