The most expensive neighborhoods are Howlwadaag near the Wehliya Hotel, Hamar Weyne, Waberi and Hodan near Taleh intersection.
The price of the condominium in these neighborhoods is 500 USD. It consists of 4 rooms while in Hargeisa the condominium of 6 rooms is rented for 250 Usd, which means that in Hargeisa, the capital of many people, the rent is due to the security there.
Mogadishu is not a good place for the poor as it is not possible to earn a living and living is expensive and difficult.
